Our Mission
Synergy is a family of churches committed to the renewal of all things through the Holy Spirit. We strengthen, catalyse, resource and equip churches to be dynamic and healthy. Our teams support churches to train and equip everyone for the work God has called them to.
The impact is then felt beyond the local church in the world around us.
Our vision is to cultivate a movement of thriving churches that think, release and act beyond their boundaries.

We are delighted to welcome Ruth Rice on the Saturday of our Retreat to help us to facilitate this space of reflection, conversation and response.
Ruth is Director of Renew Wellbeing, a charity helping churches set up quiet shared spaces where it is OK not to be OK. As an activist, Ruth has had to learn rhythms and habits for wellbeing the hard way, through burnout and slow recovery.
Drawing on the contemplative activity of Jesus in John’s gospel, Ruth will share her ideas for healthier rhythms of shared life (especially for activists!).
The cost is £255 per person. This includes all accommodation (single and shared options), meals and resources from Friday 5pm until Sunday lunchtime (depart after lunch)
